looks incuse to me (eyes always playing tricks on me).

if incuse, looks like a struck thru to me.

Looking at it through my loupe it does look to be incuse. When I took the photos under my scope it made it look raised. Not sure if this photo will help.

Looks incuse to me, but I'd have to see it in person to tell for sure. If incuse, a struck through.
