Just wondering if anyone has seen a doubled ear like this before?

Hello Sunny. What you are seeing is not a doubled ear. It is a very well worn and circulated copper cent where the hair details surrounding the ear in that area have become smashed/flattened over time through normal circulation. You can see the difference in color (more shiny) where there has been damage thus creating the effect of an additional ear, completely PMD.
