ok skipping the 1925, 1927 and 1936 lets see what this is about from those rolls....

For me seem to be a 1940 and very damaged coin. A good spender at least you do not find something specific..

Clearly not a 1943.
a)only a few dozen known to exist
b)the 3 in the date should extend below the bottom of the 4
