I was being sarcastic. It cost a lot of money to get a coin graded. The good people here seam to think it is glue. Soak it in acetone for 24 hours. Then post new pics

I'm pretty sure that's some kind of resin or glue substance from the (first) new photos you posted. If you have a acetone, you can try soaking as everyone suggested, otherwise; a local coin store can help you identify what you have if one is near you.

Step 1 Do Acetone and give result.

The obverse looks pretty normal, the reverse as well, except for the glue as everyone has noted. Value: 5 cents.  |

I wait for the result of the acetone. Me I use mineral spirits (mineral alcohol). Paint striper is on of the every body can have. The acetone on modern coins can have disasters results.
the reason I use mineral spirits is simple. The new kind of lacquers and glues are more polymeric. Any polymeric material could not be affected by acetone which is good for organic materials.
Lets go see the result.

I just took out of acetone a nickel like this. It caught my attention and only experience told me it was glue. It was thin enough to look like part of the coin, but sure enough it came off after a good soak. All this to say that I see now how it can be really deceptive.
