An uncirculated Peace dollar. Looks pretty nice except for that reed hit on the upper eagles wing and neck.

So how do you think this would grade?

Nice cheek, but left obverse field leaves this at MS-63 to me. Obverse pics 1 and 3 show different kinds of disturbance in this area. Great luster in any event.

I'd sleep well, thinking this was MS64.

I really like the photo's with different light showing luster East-West & North-South...great idea...I'll have to try and remember to do that as well when posting.
The only real hits on the obverse that can see are on her cap and neck. The bag marks or scuffs in left field are not major distractions...but are there nonetheless. Pretty amazing considering how heavy these girls are and how they were hurled around in mint bags.
The reverse looks like a typical strike...stronger lower portion...weakening mid way up. Just those marks that you mentioned. Couple of milk spots...but they are somewhat obscured in the devises.
Over all...Nice coin with good luster.
