I have a 1959 RIDB that is exactly like Cud-on-coins RIDB-1c-1959D-01. Is it considered the same if not from Denver mint or a new classification?

If it's not listed in the Philadelphia minted cents section then it would be a new classification. Different mints with about 1750 miles between them.

Ty Dearborn...I will have to take a closer look....it does not seem to be encapsulated so it is not exactly like the 1959D...been running into a lot of interesting coins lately. Tyvm for your input

Or a Retained Interior Die Break. The difference? The lamination will more, the RIDB won't.
