I saw this on ebay and I was wondering whether this is natural toning? It just looked attractive.

Gem coin? Yes, Toning photo? Yes. No way a copper cions to have this colors. It is just a picture. The seller promise that the grading will not come against this toning? Wrong. I want to see someone prove me that the copper toning or oxide will be blue.

Because they make money with every single listing .

And the seller provides this:

As a side note: Grading Company's Today are very uneasy about Toned Coins, I can't promise that a grading company will not come back with anything other than a Questionable Color or Altered Color Verdict. We have had success story's of them coming back as Brown on occasion!
***"Please do not purchase if you Question The Authenticity."*** I want to share these with those who appreciate and enjoy them! I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to purchase this Hoard of unique coins and I will be sharing them for years to come!

2 1/2 basic ways of producing artificial toning with excellent eye appeal:
1. careful heat treatment
2. chemical treatment in a liquid or corrosive gas environment
1/2: both

Experience, skill, timing, required temperature and concentration level of chemicals are all important.

I am always suspicious of rainbow toning, because almost impossible to distinguish natural from artificial. Thus, I may buy such coins anyway, but always completely discount the value of the toning to zero.

Rainbow toning in most cases is unstable.
For this reason, with silver coins, I prefer blast white in MS grades, as they appear when they have just been ejected from the coining press.

I have never found "toned" coins appealing. I find cleaned coins more appealing, for me any toning is a detractor. Blast white are nice, but I prefer nice shiny coins.

It does look like 'accelerated toning' and it's not difficult to take a mildly toned coin and make it look like that. And that thing has been filtered within an inch of it's life.

Artificially toned by heating.
Is-This-Coin-Naturally-Toned?

and same coin thrown through some colour modifications and mild ( ) colour enhancement / switching.
Is-This-Coin-Naturally-Toned?

I didn't spend very long on that or it would probably look more convincing.
