Hopefully my photos are legible. I compared to the 1917 on variety vista and it's a match from what I see

however a close-up of the date (like you gave us with liberty) would confirm or not

I see an outline of the letters to the west of E & R of Liberty in your 9th picture, but that is not what a doubled die looks like. Could try adjusting the light source to a different angle to see if it goes away. Either that or it is common Machine Doubling that is very worn.
