I know hard to see. I just can't seem to get decent pic with loupe and phone camera. But does this look like a cracked Die? From all the views I look at it seems cracked more than a scratch.

Please show a picture of the complete coin. Hard to tell anything from those photos.
If it is a crack, it will be raised.
If it is a scratch, it will be incuse.

As it stands, I'm not seeing anything which looks like a crack.

It looks like it is coming out of eye and cross top of nose. Really hard to see and I can't seem to get decent pic of it. When I look at it, it looks like a xrack and not a scratch. There is some damage around eyelid as well and that looks bigger than should be the little inditation over eyelid.

It looks more like the remnant of a die clash to me. One of the eagle's feather tips is in that area on the reverse:
