If it is Machine Doubling, then these devices will be enlarged: Like this top image: If it were a doubled die, the devices would be reduced in size like the lower image. If they are totally normal on your coin, then the lighting is making false images. If you are using two sources of light, it will confuse the images on macro images. A single light source is best as it creates light and shadows. If you have to lights, it removes the shadows. An that is probably the issue with your coin. The light source.
