These are a couple recent pics of mine taken and posted on another group using some Bohon gooseneck lamps. I had been using the Janscos for quite a long time but these give me quite a bit more versatility and makes the WB a lot easier. They are diffused and have three different color temps avail along with a 10 step digital brightness control. As a semi-illiterate when it comes to desk top coin photography, it makes all my trial and erros a lot less painful when making some of my seemingly endless adjustments with lighting. Just thought I'd share and am wondering if anyone else has used these lights?

I'm still using 4 jansjos diffused with ping pong balls..

I always seemed to end up with dark spots when using just 2.

When I need a broad light source, I turn to the TaoTronics desk lamp, with color temperature and brightness controls.

Those lights look very interesting. I like that they are USB-powered, so no need for an open AC plug. I may just give them a try myself...
