I would say F20 and a bad scratch!

With about half of the wing feathers blended I'd say this is in the fine range (F12 or F15), with a significant scratch as noted.

Is this the "Hot Lips" variety? Liberty's lips appear thick and possibly doubled. If so it should be worth more than a standard '88-O.
