The NGCX grading scale started in 2023 and is used on coins from 1982 and newer. NGC will continue using the MS-70 Sheldon scale as well.
I don't know much about the Daniel Carr/Moonlight Mint ASEs. It appears that they take existing ASEs and overstrike the reverse with different images but don't quote me on that.
