Just a business strike 1909 VDB. The strike is a lot stronger on the matte proofs as they are struck twice.

your coin is not a proof but please know that if it were by touching it with your fingers you just damaged it. your fingers have oil on them which will stay on the coin forever

Obvious wear on Abe's beard and the wheat stalks.

I agree with the judgement of Slerk at XF.

Coop's pictures should help most of us to identify a matte proof, and what it looks like.
In addition,
the difference in condition between high MS++ and EF is obvious.
