I definitely see why you think it's a DDO, but I'm not seeing the DDO-002 on this coin.

Note how much wider these devices should be on the 1971P-1DO-002?
Machine Doubling does not make them wider. It just removes part of the contour on the devices.

Here is a Side by side comparison with normal devices and your devices. You can tell they are not a doubled die, just Machine Doubling altered part of some of the devices:
