1965 P Washington Quarter Error?

Hi guys,

I have this 1965 P Washington quarter and would like to know what is happening with the piece under Washington's nose? It looks like an extra metal piece under his nose.

Also I see that there is a collar clash on the obverse left above Washington's head but I would like to know what is happening on the bottom Obverse rim below the date?

It might be a foreign substance. Try removing with a toothpick.
