I'm thinking that if by Noon 12:00 (ET) if all numbers have not been picked, I will absorb them and end the contest.
Then the Announcement of the winners will begin. IF' one of the numbers that went unpicked, will be considered forfeit and I keep that associated prize. Fair enough?

If not - Then get picking of the rest of the numbers!!
