Hello All, My name is Josh sorry I missed the introduction. so much going on lots of stuff to read here. It started for me when I used to be a garbage man. and there tons of coins that someone had thrown in the garbage. must have been an Estate.
well I started filling a small box with as many as I could there were thousands. unfortunately I could only get my hands on about 300 of them. and I wonder all the time what could have been. since then ive been very interested.

so I dont know a whole lot about coins and I have still yet a couple hundred that I know nothing about.
thanks for your time so far in helping me out. and hope I dont pester you guys too much. Thanks

. As a general rule,a coin need a retail value after slabbing of $150 to justify all costs involved in having it slabbed. What did it cost you all in to have it slabbed? Here is an idea on value http://www.numismedia.com/rarecoinp...proof=&plus=

The coin has a value in the area of $100-150.
So you probably came out even/slightly ahead thanks to the Cohen number being on the slab.

Wow--thousands of coins tossed into the trash. Wonder if it was deliberate. Would like to see a few more that you found.
