Talonbat Valued Member Canada 395 Posts	Posted 07/19/2021 11:45 am OBV 4 for sure. The way I identify OBV 3 quickly is the crown juts out from the forehead significantly, obv 1, 2 and 4 do not. PCCB is just NGC copy slabs made in China and this seller has written on it. The holders themselves are actually very high quality I wouldn't be surprised if they are made by the same factory that makes NGC slabs themselves. Report this Post to the Staff
