Really nice remaining detail on that AE @tdz! My only coin for this decade is also a duplicate, although this one is a Panchi issued by King Bhima Gupta:

Here is a temple style denar or randpfennig attributed to the last quarter of the 10th century by the Polish auction house Damian Marciniak. This fits with the degenerate Ottonian legends on the coin, though Gumowski (1960) placed it slightly later. To add to the confusion, I have seen this called both a Polish coin and a Saxony coin. Gum. 37, CNP 321.

Nice! I am out for a couple of decades, and have a total of only 3 more to post here (though that's two more than I had a year ago). None with a narrow enough date range to move us forward.

Ok good to know @tdz. Anyone else with a coin to post for this decade? Let's have a last call this evening and then drop back to the 950s in the morning. I think I only have one coin to post for that one also, but I'm hoping for other participation.

Here is a Dirham minted in Samarqand, Uzbekistan in AH335 (947 AD). It was issued under the authority of Nuh I ben Nasr and I have attributed it as A 1456.
