I'd call it short run as FMR prefix, although the last Jenkins-Carney, wasn't continued in the Macklem-Carney notes.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It was the last prefix of the CBN notes produced for Journey $50. With nearly 4.4M they certainly weren't that short (compared to AOF, FDY, etc) but shorter than BAI "AHR" prefix (@ 6.2M). FMR would not be tough. The only significant piece of info on that ebay listing is that it's a low # but definitely NOT a change-over. Misleading listings are quite annoying IMO.
