I have so many outstanding unshipped orders with the mint currently that it's kind of ridiculous ... does everyone else also use a spreadsheet to track everything inflight?

As I commented on another thread I have 7 outstanding orders. I don't use a spreadsheet, I just keep the most recent email on that order with a star so I know the progress. At least this one (21EGN) finally shipped for me today, so I should be getting it early next week. |

I got the shipping notice on Monday, and USPS didn't get it until Wednesday morning. Currently sitting in Memphis with a scheduled delivery of Monday, but could very well show up by Saturday since it's only going to Chicago.

I use a spread sheet for every coin I have, up to and including purchase date, and the date I receive it. Otherwise I may lose track of a coin I am expecting. |

I added the Mint purchases to my spreadsheet as bought. Will check off as possessed once I get them in hand. I have the most recent emails flagged as well.  |

I use a spreadsheet to record every coin purchase I have every made. I record purchase date, price, silver/gold spot (if it is a silver/gold coin), payment, and date received by coin series. All my coins that are missing the date received are my mint orders. Quote:
