Yes, a good candidate for Dryer Coin status--may have been spooned as well.

to the CCF!

It has the classic Dryer Coin look with flattened devices and rims that wrap over the outside edges. The CCF has seen quite a few of these over the years. I always wonder how long the coin was tumbling around to make it look the way it does.
