I guess you could call it that but not really something that is collectable
especially in that condition.

Ive come up with a new way to collect. I'm collecting by serial number. Granted it'll take a longgggg time but what a great idea.....................Im sure I'm the ONLY one on here collecting by ser# so I do have that advantage over all of you!!!!!!!!!!

Steve In Tampa. Its ridiculous as it sounds....Sometimes I offer a note, and other party says "I have that one" My reply is "you dont have this ser#" lol

It is according to a google website but I don't put much stock into that. Since it is only a dollar (ruff shape) keep it until you find one in better condition.
