If you're talking about the small split on the top left corner of the mintmark, that is a damaged mintmark punch.

Looks like a normal coin. There was an issue with a damaged punch that year on the lower serif and several dies even different denominations show this on the coins that year from Denver. Coppercoins lists three. So I feel it will not match any of the ones there, as I see no evidence of a RPM. The lower right area on your coin is showing coin contact or MD. Neither makes it a RPM.
