Based on your 3rd pic, I believe I am seeing nothing but simple MD (pay close attention to the D and W). It looks like classical shelf or Machine Doubling on all of IGWT. I do not believe this is a DDO. You say you got this in the mail today so I am assuming you purchased this from someone who sold this as a doubled die. If you can get your money back I would surely do so. Just MHO here.

I agree with Bumkin above, Machine Doubling, a die event, not an error coin, sorry.
