That Gold Morgan dollar would be a Very Strongly Sought after Unique coin. Say 35K Only to the collecting public, No More releases PRIOR to the General Public's, with a ONE House/Address Only Limit. In My Opinion the United States Mint @ San Francisco deserves that Honor !!!! Also, repair the online disaster that exists when Attempting to place an order, JMO. I did NOT know the policy for GOLD coins was that way, They can Do It, Did ANY of George T. Morgan's relatives go into Designing Coins ?

Original Morgan silver dollars weight was 0.77343 an Ounce........ NOT .8593 An Ounce as Stated......
To be clear, a Morgan dollar (original and new) weighs 26.73 grams, which is is 0.85938946 troy ounces.

It contains 24.057 grams of silver, which is 0.77345051 troy ounces.

I believe the U.S. Mint will definitely issue more Morgan and Peace dollars for the 200th anniversary in 2121.

I am sure they will do something to aggravate us, but that is certainly an option.

Shouldn't the press release already be available? Not to discount the coin collectors blog but maybe the press release has more details as what mints, finishes, special sets we can expect.
