I was wondering if these words looked double. I zoomed in and sharpened the best I can. After looking at it the letters looked cubed. The o in GOD has a tail going in with another over lapping

When you zoom in look to left of t in liberty. Is that doubling

Interestingly this looks like a 1943 steel cent with possible Machine Doubling, but with others, would need complete images of the coin and better focus to better help.

The re-processing of the coin pretty much ruins the collectable value for your coin. They should not be shiny:
