Quote: seeing as how the Dansco albums are not coming until later next year. And you know this, how? I have spent untold hours trying to find out when the Dansco albums are returning. (I need a new album that will accommodate the new quarters from 2022 onwards. My 8147 stops at 2021...

I went ahead and ordered the 2019 four coins in reverse proof because they are available and the best price I could find. I should get them Saturday.
I will probably order the 2020 four coins in reverse proof in a week or two since they are still available and the best price I could find at present.

Is this from the Mint or another vendor? I do see they are all still available from the Mint. Hmm...

The mint site for 2020 schedule is still available, but won't be for long. The 3 year overlap won't last long into next year and will be gone. I think the mint has the best pieces for now

Quote: The initial coin sold out. That'll be the only "difficult" one to get. That is the one I had actually bought, thinking I was going to buy them all before settling on the normal proof only. I am pretty close to going ahead with getting the others though. Not as expensive as I thought. All eight coins are not much more than the Morgan or Peace dollar. Also, you can get to them on the program page instead of the schedule... https://catalog.usmint.gov/coins/co...ollar-coins/

It is done. I have ordered the eight reverse proof coins for 2019 and 2020. Once I have those, I will have all 13 issued designs in both proof finishes. Now to make up my mind on CAPS or Dansco. By the way, why am I just now remembering that the obverse privy mark changes every year?

I am only doing proofs in both finishes (no business strikes), so the easy options are one P/D album ("Proof" and "D?") or two date-only albums (one for each finish). With Dansco, I expect at some point I would be able to order two sets of the pages and put them in one binder. I believe CAPS does custom orders, so maybe I would be able to do something with them. I got time though. No hurry.
