Perhaps SMK in exergue. Here's a similar Cyzicus mint follis in slightly better grade that went for $75:

Yes, the Constantine coin is real. It is pretty common. It has an interesting portrait. The legend says
IMP C FL VAL CONSTANTINVS PF AVG
with "FL VAL" for "Flavius Valerius", part of his name.
