I think it may have been over dipped to attempt to clean it up. AU details Report this Post to the Staff

pristine2 Pillar of the Community United States 1048 Posts	Posted 12/04/2021 6:17 pm Here she is. The color you see in the holder is just reflection, btw. I sold this coin for $400 and change. The obverse is definitely weird, but under the scope the un-toned portions displayed obvious original luster. Not the slightest hint of cleaning, in my opinion, and that reverse is positively frosty & gem-like.
