Five Nero Decvrsio With Matching Die Pairs? How Likely Is This?

Here´s another one. Also same obverse/reverse die match (Checked with photoshop) and it was sold more or less on the same timeframe.
It shows signs of previous heavy corrosion, tooling and harsh cleaning.
I am inclined to believe that it was also repatinated.
But, would you consider there is a chance for it to be genuine?
(There are a couple of tiny dark green corrosion spots on the edge, but were not captured by the camera)

Weight is 25,1 g.
Diameter 35 mm.

My initial reaction is that the lettering reminds me of some of the Bulgarian forgeries which can be quite deceptive.

My second thought would be that they might be older pieces of work, which is how they might have over a few centuries acquired the "provenance" to have been sold by reputable dealers in the present day.
