Top note and bottom note looks like keepers to me.

As John mentioned, note #1 is a Radar with a solid center and note #4 is fairly low. Both keepers. Notes #2 & #3 are both replacement notes with interesting serial numbers but not low or fancy. All four notes appear to be circulated. Low serial numbered notes are having a resurgence of sorts with prices not seen as recently as five years ago. A $60 offer for a circulated $1 FRN is strong compared to years ago.

1- Radars are a keeper but will be difficult to sell and you may have to sit on it for awhile to get it to sell on ebay.

2- Run size 320K, Total printed 7.36 Million

3- run size and total printed of 3.2 Million.

4- run size of 320k and 2003A E block had 3.5 Million notes so its not rare.

Unfortunately nothing too rare but the first bill is pretty neat and worth more than $1.

I'm guessing these notes were all circulation finds @Rainman. I keep all $1 star notes I find in circulation. Don't know why, but I do. I've got 111 of them so far.

Don't see a S/N #4 note here. Except for very low S/Ns, stars included, most notes produced over the last 50 years aren't worth much over face in circulated condition.

I believe the OP was referencing note #4 and not serial #4.
