Advertised as it's from a US Mint set. What do y'all think of the color? Also the streaks on obverse and reverse. Grade?

Color looks fine to me. The lines might be a planchet flaw or a plating issue.

Looks to be at least 66. The field waves are common on the zinc proof coins.
