Yes, Chinese cash of Emperor Jen Tsung aka Chai-Ch'ing, 1796-1820, looks to me like Yunnan mint.

Personally I would grade it F or F+, though this is somewhat subjective

it's actually bao yuan mint, one of the two central mints, bao quan and bao yuan. Good guess though.

you can easily tell which mint it is by looking at the manchu script, you can google for a complete guide online, it is not difficult. This only appliles to Qing dynasty coins.
