How do I put a notification on my ebay page that I won't be there until ...... the number ? Many sellers notify their customers this way, but I haven't found how to do it

I indicated that I would not be there until January 16th. After specifying the date until which I will not be, I sold the product. But in the orders nothing is indicated on the deferral.
