I've revamped it, it never quite worked the way I wanted it to. Now it shows all unanswered topics in the last 30 days. Link is at the top of every page. Please try to visit it once a day and see what's hangin' out there....

Will be interesting to see where this goes. Is there a time/visit threshold which must be met before an unanswered topic ends up here--for example, 24hrs or 40 visits with no replies, whichever comes first?
