I found this wierd coin, I try to look in the internet and I didn't see any gold plated 1971 10 cent. Any Opinion would really helpful, is this an error coin?

it is not a mint error. It was deliberately gold plated after it left the mint. People do that a lot for different reasons.

It seems more common with United States coins.

The weight is 1.48 g.
Is the value increase because of the gold plated?

Ok good info to have. The weight is correct for this coin so it isn't an off-metal strike or anything weird like that. As to the value, the plating counts as damage so no numismatic value. Unfortunately the amount of gold is not going to be worth harvesting.
