I was never a huge fan of the coronet cents, because Liberty always looks so dour and unfriendly once she gets a little wear.
They're pretty easy to grade, though. I think you're at spot-on VG10, though as I recall NGC is tougher on this series and might go VG08. There's no obvious corrosion & the minor rim distress shouldn't get her detailed. The contact marks are acceptable at VG10, too.
My first thought was Good-4. Stars and legend are starting to blend with the rim in places. "One Cent" is very worn. The reverse digs don't look severe enough for a details grade but they hurt eye appeal.
This is a scarce date but in this low grade probably isn't worth submitting to a TPG.
