This threepence is 1.084g 15mm diameter its taken next to a 1934 normal threepence 1.41g 16.3mm diameter. Not magnetic and smooth edge.

Definitely a Dryer Coin.
Smaller diameter and smooth edges indicate that.
No value as it is considered damage.
