Picked this one up today at LCS, the pink toning jumped right out but couldn't bring the pink hue out in pics. The obverse looks almost VG8 imo but that reverse looks G-6 to me. Love these things if not cleaned not seeing any signs of trouble but am no grader LOL. Thanks

That's what I paid, greysheet raw G+ price. I see so many that were at one time or anotherlikely cleaned that a pink or battleship grey 1921 D sorts jumps out from the crowd.

pazaldi was thinking same maybe ANACS will flip it heads VG tails G. My last lot of barbers from ANACS were inconsistent some were I felt "old cleaned" and came back straight 2 were slightly rough and tumbled but came back VG10 and two with full liberty and no scratches came Back scratched? It all evened out though but I think they threw darts and cut me some breaks. ANACS is always a surprise but PCGS and NGC just tally up to quickly on common dates so I stick with the Colorado rocky mountain gang.

Obv G6, rev AG3, but obv carries the grade, I'm ok at G4 or G6 net.

I'm with the crowd at G-6 simply because the rims are not quite full enough. With this amount of wear the coin will probably weigh somewhere around 11.8gms- 12.0gms. Nice snag of a key date! Congrats!

Now this did surprise me I was hoping for a straight grade G6, VG is fine with me.

Strongly disagree given that reverse rim. Perfect example of grade-flation. This is simply not VG, and why ANACS remains a second-tier grading company.
