1991 penny no mintmark, but looks to me like a diecrack/diebreak.
What say you?

@peri, first welcome to CCF. Second, there seems to be something on the surface of this coin--either staining or perhaps dried clear glue? I don't think it is a mint error.

I don't see anything resembling a die crack. Where do you see one?
What I do see is either a stain or some sort of substance on the coin.
