Don't think that they are worth much mostly just curiosity.

Cool backstory! The no mint marked ones are most common, then the D and S ones are key/better dates. Now on the no mintmark Philadelphia one, there is a remote possibility of it being the much more valuable double die reverse (or DDR for short), and you can find great photos online to see what it looks like .

There are two varieties on the 1939 Jefferson nickel. Trying to find nice examples of both for all three mints can be a challenge. It is one of the Jefferson's that I always look for when I'm rummaging at shows.
