The classic series of US commemorative coins extended beyond silver half dollars; it also included a silver quarter dollar and silver dollar (plus gold coins in multiple denominations). In addition to the coins, the series includes a medal - the 1925 Norse-American Centennial piece - that was struck in bronze, silver and gold.
The Raymond "Commemorative Coins and Medals" board includes the
Isabella Quarter, the Lafayette dollar, the two silver varieties of the Norse-American Centennial medal (i.e., Thick and Thin) and a trio of other related numismatic items that were popular with US collectors at the time: there is a spot for a "Wilson Dollar" medal that was produced in the Manila Mint (a "sort of" US Branch Mint) in the Philippines upon its opening in 1920 *struck in bronze and silver + 5 or 6 gold examples for VIPs), an opening for the 1935 Pony Express medal that was sponsored by the Oregon Trail Memorial Association (same group as the half dollar) and an opening for the Norway Two Kroner coin that was issued in conjunction with the US Delaware Tercentenary half dollar.
The Wayte Raymond Stock Number for the board is 349-X, which indicates that it was considered a part of the Complete Date and Mint Mark Set of Wayte Raymond boards (349 A through 349 O).

US Commemorative Coins and Medals Board / 349-X (Wayte Raymond) - Back
Many moons ago (back in 2012), I posted about Wayte Raymond coin boards for the US commemorative coin series. (You can read the original overview post here:
Wayte Raymond Coin Boards.
One of the boards I presented was titled "United States Commemoratives and Tokens" (see image that follows). It includes spaces for the
Isabella Quarter, the Lafayette dollar, the two varieties of the Norse-American Centennial medal i.e., Thick and Thin) and the 1932
Washington quarter. It is the Meghrig version of the board vs. the original Wayte Raymond version. (You can read the original post here:
Meghrig / Wayte Raymond Commemorative Coins and Medals BoardThe Raymond board is number 349X, the Meghrig board is number 1389. The boards in the complete US commemorative coin set produced by Wayte Raymond are numbered 349-A through 349-O, so 349X fits in nicely with the set.
