A circulated example most likely in the XF to AU range

Not very attractive very fine. Even with the slightly elevated prices of 1982 & 1983 coinage the real premiums should start in Au condition and above. I am shocked that ebay does sell this condition for $1-$2 shipped but definitely not worth that. Keep looking!

Thinking low-to mid XF range. Not worthy of submission to 3rd party grading service, in my opinion.

Herestohoping,
What grade did you give it before posting your question?
