I believe the coins you are talking about are the 2019 Mob of Roos with A, U and S privymarks. They don't represent any mints, just the first three letters of Australia. Pretty silly really when you think they can be rearranged to form USA.
I guess the image of 5 roos indicates it's not Australia! Otherwise it could also be SAU for Saudi Arabia.

Day 1614 new finds this fortnight including the recently released A and S 2022 Commonwealth Games two dollar coins.  With the release of 5 more coins (4 x dinosaur dollar coins and 75th anniversary of peacekeeping $2) once again I'm further away from completing my goal than I was two weeks ago. Coins still to find:50c: 1966 $1 2019 W for Weetbix 2022 dinosaurs x 4 $2: 2013 purple coronation 2015 red ANZAC 2016 green Olympic ring 2017 red Possum Magic 2020 firefighters 2022 Commonwealth Games U 2022 peacekeeping

I have found one only of the lettered Commonwealth Games Two Dollar coins so far. Mind you, I am only searching pocket change, not noodlng.

Day 183Six months in and I've still got 12 coins to find.
