Day 19Only noodled $70 worth of 50 cents today and, as expected, no luck in finding any of the coins I'm looking for. Only find of any remote interest was a 1994 Year of the Family "wide date" variety. Common "narrow date" on the left, uncommon "wide date" on the right Total number of 50 cent coins noodled: 1740 Number of different coins found: 63 Number of coins still to find: 5

Something interesting is better than nothing at all. Hopefully the next batch will be better.

Good work!
But that design is reason why, childrens art (Especially that of 5 year olds) deserves to be on the classroom wall or a fridge, not coins and stamps!

Your guess is as good as mine!
The figure in the middle looks like it has eaten the baby figure.

Day 23Noodled $140 worth of 50 cents and found one of the five coins I was looking for. For some reason the 2017 Mabo 50 cent is hard to come by in SEQ. Still chasing 1966, 1985, 1991 and 2001 ACT. Total number of 50 cent coins noodled: 2020 Number of different coins found: 64 Number of coins still to find: 4

Day 28Noodled a $200 bag of 50 cents. Found the last of the 2001 Centenary of Federation coins. ACT has always been the hardest to find in my experience. Only other find of interest was this 2000 millennium "fat letter" variety. 1966, 1985 and 1991 Ram's Head still to find. Total number of 50 cent coins noodled: 2420 Number of different coins found: 65 Number of coins still to find: 3

Day 33Noodled 10 rolls of 50c coins and came across the iconic 1991 Rams head coin. When you find one these days they are usually in either very nice or very bad condition. Luckily for me I found a nice one. Nothing else of any real interest. Still looking for 1966 and 1985. I think it's unrealistic to find the 1966 50 cents in circulation as it's round and silver. Can happen but unlikely
