Day 56Noodled 22 rolls of dollar coins. The 2022 A-Z coins are starting to pop up in circulation. I think the design and layout of this series is much better than the 2021 lot. The first one I found was A for "Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi". This is a sporting catch-cry for any non-Australians who might be scratching their head. Ended up finding 4 different 2022 letters: A,F,N and V  Also found another 2016 change-over. With a mintage of just 560,000 they are always nice to find.  Total number of one dollar coins noodled: 7400 Number of different coins found: 86/128 2019 A-Z coins found: 9/26 2021 A-Z coins found: 23/26 2022 A-Z coins found: 4/26 NCLT coins found: 9 Mule dollars found: 1

Day 57Noodled another 20 rolls of dollar coins and found 4 more 2022 A-Z coins: The magpie would have to be my favourite so far.  Also found the Q 2021 coin (Queen Victoria Market)  Total number of one dollar coins noodled: 7800 Number of different coins found: 91/128 2019 A-Z coins found: 9/26 2021 A-Z coins found: 24/26 2022 A-Z coins found: 8/26 NCLT coins found: 9 Mule dollars found: 1

Day 59I noodled $200 worth of dollar coins today bringing my total to a nice round 8000. Found a bunch of 2020 MOR, but no 2022 letter coins. Considering how long coaster took to find one of these my find of the day was definitely this 2019 A for Australia Post  Total number of one dollar coins noodled: 8000 Number of different coins found: 92/128 2019 A-Z coins found: 10/26 2021 A-Z coins found: 24/26 2022 A-Z coins found: 8/26 NCLT coins found: 9 Mule dollars found: 1

Day 61Noodled 2 x $500 bags today and didn't find a single one of the 36 A-Z coins I'm still looking for. I started the day thinking I'd noodle until I found a new coin and save the rest for another day, but I went through the full thousand without finding any.  Upgraded my 2019 Iced Vovo coin:  Another 2016 change-over, bit grubby but I'll add it to my pile.  NCLT 1996 Henry Parkes C mint mark:  Total number of one dollar coins noodled: 9000 Number of different coins found: 92/128 2019 A-Z coins found: 10/26 2021 A-Z coins found: 24/26 2022 A-Z coins found: 8/26 NCLT coins found: 10 Mule dollars found: 1

Day 62Went through 24 rolls of dollar coins and had a bit of X-citement in regards to those letter coins I'm after. 2019 X for Xantippe (the only town in Australia starting with X, population 20)  2021 X for Xanthorrhoea (grass tree)  Also found a Commonwealth Games NCLT coin. For some reason the reverse is really dull and grubby while the obverse is nice and shiny.  Only 1 more 2021 A-Zer left to find (B for BBQ) Total number of one dollar coins noodled: 9480 Number of different coins found: 94/128 2019 A-Z coins found: 11/26 2021 A-Z coins found: 25/26 2022 A-Z coins found: 8/26 NCLT coins found: 11 Mule dollars found: 1

Day 64Another 24 rolls of dollar coins noodled and another 2 letter coins I was looking for crossed off my list. 2019 N for Neighbours  2019 Y for Yowie  Total number of one dollar coins noodled: 9960 Number of different coins found: 96/128 2019 A-Z coins found: 13/26 2021 A-Z coins found: 25/26 2022 A-Z coins found: 8/26 NCLT coins found: 11 Mule dollars found: 1

Half way there with the original 2019 series. Maybe that Neighbours coin will sky-rocket in value now that the show has been cancelled |
