Angus Coin Shop, at least temporarily, seems to have shut down. They closed their brick and mortar shop a while ago and went online. Now both there accounts in Ontario and Quebec show that there are no listings available. After all of their PCCS listings have been removed from ebay, maybe they are contemplating their next move. Anyone else hear anything?

He has emailed some of his customer list announcing that he is moving his inventory to Kijiji and Etsy. I suspect it could be many factors, including: - the changes in how ebay will collect taxes - having his listings pulled down all the time hampers his sales, and also affect his seller's rating, which in turn affects his fees paid

Colonial Acres seems to be selling PCCS now? https://auctions.colonialacres.com/...cs_i47433380but oddly enough only in their auction and none in their (online) store. I have no qualms with a new grader on the block, but to CanadaPennies19's point, the look *really* similar. Guess we'll all have to be more careful. Personally I think they are too similar in appearance so as to cause confusion. I'd have the same frustration if CCCS used the same colour or ICCS decided to use CCCS's blue colour scheme.

Colonial Acres has more of these in their current auction. Here's an example: https://auctions.colonialacres.com/...cs_i49676813I have no problem with anther TPG trying to enter the market, but these holders are too similar to ICCS in my view and almost seem like they are meant to deceive.

Making a company label so very similar to the long established ICCS, at the very least is ethically questionable.
Then it makes sense to follow that up with questioning their grading ethics.

doubleeagle59 - I agree wholeheartedly and wonder how they are getting away with it. These inserts are too misleading in their appearance and many of the coins they are selling came out of PL sets and were not released for circulation such as the 2023 Loon, Polar Bear and non commemorative issues. At best they should be marked as NBU not MS67. No grader should be in the business of selling the coins they certify as it definitely be a conflict of interest. Bottom line is to buy the coin not the holder and know who you are dealing with. ICCS may not be perfect but they have been around for decades but perhaps now is the time to up their game and change their holders/inserts and may even threaten PCCS with a lawsuit for copyright infringement. PCCS coins are still listed on ebay and another quick search brings up a bunch more. https://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_sas...ificSeller=1https://www.bing.com/shop?q=pccs+co...FEB814E91D63

Please use them in the future. ***Excellent point - so how does everyone feel about Brian Cornwel's collection of ICCS graded coins being sold/or sold at auction? I believe he is the owner.

He passed away, there is no conflict of interest.

ICCS, Coin Mart Graded are not reconized by ebay either. Coin Mart Graded also grade and sell there own coins and so is CCCS(they have a brick and mortar store in St-hubert). The COA used by PCCS is very much different than the competition. One note, no one person or company have the monopoly or locked in patern for fonts and colors. They are free for all, inteligent people know that. It is not possible to make a living grading coins only, with a new or fairly new company. I don't expect the mear mortals to understand this. Self emploment is a very difficult way to make a living. Ease up on those souls.
