I think this is a bit too easy, at least for me because I have been able to identify all coins without a catalogue!

No need to complain that a contest is too easy!
What if QuickSilver starts posting Mecklemburg-Schwerin / Reuss / Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach types of countries?

I could make it as hard as my coins in "What's the coin?" I've stumped everyone a few times in that!

Seriously though, I wanted to give even those who are not world coin "experts" a chance to join in the fun.

I thought for the last coin I would advise people in advance the exact time I will post the pic, so everyone can have a chance at being the first to post their list of countries.

What time would be best so that most people are up and about?

I thought if I did it at about 10:30pm UK time it would be 11:30pm in most of Europe, between 2:30pm and 6:30pm in the Americas and between 6:30am and 8:30am in Australia. At least I think it would.

How does that sound?

Maybe I will check to see who has posted on the thread and base it around a time to suit people from those countries.

So if you are following along, and are from somewhere nobody else is let me know.

Actually I think I might make one of the coins a few days before the end tougher so that everyone has a chance to research it.

The one I have in mind will be a former name and before 1950.

Or are most people finding it hard enough?

Tell me your thoughts.

Ok WD1040 requested a trickier one so maybe this one will have him reaching for the Krause at least!

By the way, how do you like my new avatar?

Here's the quickSilver. I've removed the name of the country
